We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will try our best to come to a satisfactory solution.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
NOTE: Royal Mail has been overwhelmed with deliveries recently, so consequently your order may be delayed getting to you. This is unfortunately out of our control. If you have any further questions, please get in touch.
Standard Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Rates are calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Delivery is aimed at 2-3 working days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Europe, USA and worldwide. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Standard and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 6-7 working days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Whirligig is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
